Know your Insurance

It is important for you to understand your insurance benefits. Getting the right information takes asking your insurance company the right questions.

 Prior to your visit we recommend calling your insurance company. (The number is usually on the back of your insurance card). Here are some helpful questions to ask:

• Does my plan cover Chiropractic Services?

• How many visits are allowed per year?

• Are my allowed visits combined with Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy?

• How many visits do I have left this year?

• Is there a deductible? Has it been met yet?

• Do I have a co-insurance or a co-payment?

• Is Farrell Chiropractic Center in network with my insurance?

We are In-Network with Cigna, BCBS, Medicare and Medicaid (Green Mountain Care).

• If not: Are there any out of network benefits?

• Often our out of pocket cost is similar to the fees from your insurance. 

Our care recommendations are based on what our doctors believe it will take to get you to your optimum health and reach any health goals you have set. You are responsible for any portion of treatment that is not covered by your insurance. Our office is committed to making our care accessible and will set up a customized payment plan for those who need one.
